On the Account page you can view the current status of your order, view the items ordered, see estimated dispatch and delivery times and track your delivery.

Shipping and delivery estimates

\nThe ‘Ships’ timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your order will ship as they become available.

\n

\nThe ‘Delivers’ timeframe is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships. The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout.

\nAll estimates are based on business days.

Some of our shipments require a signature. Your Shipment Notification email will tell you whether a signature is required. If you will not be available to sign for your shipment, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Shopping in Canada

The Apple Online Store Canada sells and ships items only within the boundaries of Canada. No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, freight forwarders, or addresses outside Canada. You may not export any products purchased at the Apple Online Store.

Shopping outside Canada

There are more than 30 Apple Online Stores in countries or regions around the globe. The Apple Online Store Canada currently ships only within the boundaries of Canada. We do not ship to freight forwarders.
