Staffing Requirements (2024)

The Staff Requirements page defines the staff requirements for various scenarios of forecast values. Requirement definitions are for a specific job category or job code. Whenever a forecast is generated, Labor Management refers to the requirement definitions and arrives at the number of labor hours required to meet the demands of the forecasted value.

Staff Requirements calculate the requirements for a job category or job code for a day part, day, or shift. Staff Requirements consists only of the Generate Manual Staff Requirements page where you are required to enter the location, revenue center, number of weeks to generate staff requirements for, and the staffing start week.

To manually generate staffing requirements, you assign a forecast profile to at least one revenue center for a selected location and configure the following settings:
