What power level is needed for the legendary witch queen campaign? ›

Destiny 2: The Witch Queen's Legendary campaign level requirement estimate and modifiers. The Legendary campaign starts at a Power requirement of 1360 and increases to 1500 Power for the final mission. That said, it only matters as a requirement.

With that said, WQ is the best campaign that Destiny ever got, so its really worth considering playing it in whichever way you find to be the most fun for the first playthrough. Do not claim an exotic reward if you haven't obtained it from a legend lost sector or vex Incursion public event first.

New Exotic Armor: Upon finishing the Lightfall campaign, you'll get to choose one of the two new Lightfalll Exotic armor pieces for your Class as a reward. You can get the other armor piece in Legend Lost Sectors. Some of these armor pieces are great for Destiny 2 Strand builds, so I highly recommend choosing those!

If you want to get past the soft cap quickly, and you are just starting Lightfall, then it's worth considering playing the Legendary campaign, which will give you fixed gear at 20 Power above the soft cap upon completion (1770).

Beating The Witch Queen campaign on Legendary will give an exclusive emblem, a Triumph players will need for the location Title, some materials, some mysterious Bungie rewards, one of the new Witch Queen armor Exotics for their class, and most interestingly, a set of 1520 Power armor.

Once you beat the Legendary campaign, Ikora will offer you a choice of one of the two new exotics. If you can exit out, select neither of them. If you can't (I'm not sure if you need to pick one to officially finish the story quest), then pick the one that you want less.

It's hard to take Ikora seriously when she tells you how important each mission is when you can easily steamroll through each encounter. Legendary mode is difficult and stressful because what your Guardian is going through is difficult and stressful.

In summary, by completing the Legendary campaign will give you a healthy Power level advantage, both from bonus rewards earned during each mission and a fixed Power level set once the credits have rolled.

Lightfall introduces six new Exotic armor pieces, two for each class. You can earn one per class by completing the Legendary Lightfall campaign.

When focusing on the main objectives, Destiny 2: Lightfall is about 7½ Hours in length. If you're a gamer that strives to see all aspects of the game, you are likely to spend around 71 Hours to obtain 100% completion.

The fights are tough, but the game doesn't punish you for taking on the difficulty--instead, it removes as many roadblocks as possible. More than anything, though, taking on the Legendary campaign solo makes the stakes of The Witch Queen's story feel real.

Those courageous enough to try their hand at the Legendary Witch Queen campaign will need to prepare themselves, especially when starting at the measly level 1350 light.

The Legendary campaign is filled with tough enemies that need to be eliminated as quickly as possible, and for those jobs, rocket launchers are key. Whether you're fighting Hive Guardians, other bosses, or just big numbers of enemies, you're going to want the means to do massive damage as quickly as you can.
