What level should I be for Mitsuo dungeon?
Level is not terribly important for Shadow Mitsuo, just go into the boss fight at a minimum of level 38 and have the Persona black frost. He will destroy the boss. I would also recommend a party of yukiko, yosuke and chie.
Shadow Mitsuo / Mitsuo the Hero. The 10th floor, also known as “Endgame,” holds the final boss. You will need the Orb of Darkness from the last boss fight to open it.
He will show you a picture of Mitsuo Kubo. You will now be able to enter the TV at Junes and search for him in Void Quest. Secure him before August 12th ends.
Escapist Soldier is an optional Shadow boss. It is found on the last floor of Void Quest and appears after the thirteenth of August. He does not have to be fought in order to proceed in the storyline. Killing him greatly increases Courage, and near the bone pile can be found the Gaia Sword weapon for the protagonist.
If Mitsuo isn't rescued and taken into police by 8/12 (Deadline), Yosuke will call the protagonist and tell him that they found Mitsuo's body. Yosuke questions the protagonist and asks if he really did commit suicide or something else (Since they thought he was the killer at the time).
Your Party should be around Level 33-38 (probably level 40 before Shadow Teddie) before trying to fight Shadow Rise to make things easier.
The most frustrating thing about Shadow Mitsuo is that he's got zero Affinity Weaknesses (meaning less chance of Downing him) and is Strong against Physical and Almighty Skills. He's also a boss with two forms.
Shadow Naoto
The final boss fight is located on B9F. Lvl. Phys.
Talk to him, and choose Search for Kanji. That'll take you to the Steamy Bathhouse. This is a rather long dungeon. In total, there are 11 floors, with the boss on the 11th floor.
Head into the Velvet Room to obtain the Clarity Orb from Igor, and then finally go to the gas station in the Inaba Shopping District. Talk to the attendant and you'll get a pretty massive story revelation, which then unlocks the true final dungeon.
Does Nanako recover?
On December 3rd, Nanako dies in the Inaba Municipal Hospital, but later on December 4th, Nanako mysteriously comes back to life much to the relief of everyone there.
Tohru Adachi is the main antagonist of the video game Persona 4. A police detective who keeps up the appearance of being incompetent and friendly, he is in reality the culprit behind the murders plaguing Inaba, has almost no regard for human life and will go to any lengths simply to amuse himself.

The Ceaseless Void does not spawn on its own and requires the player to summon it by using the Rune of Kos in the Dungeon.

If Namatame is killed, Nanako's death is set and the game will end.
Don't forget to save Yukiko by entering The TV at Junes! You must save her before 4/29, or else the game will end. You may want to spend some time there just to level up. If you rescue her early, you still must wait until 4/29 to continue the story.
The police don't believe him at first, but Adachi, sensing a way to continue his little "game," leads Mitsuo into an interrogation room before shutting off the lights and shoving him into the TV.
Persona 4 / Golden
If there are any attack items available, such as Firecrackers, they can be used to knock off most of Steel Machine's health since they do not suffer the damage reduction penalty. Elemental Magatama items or Smart Bombs will kill it outright.
While the Almighty Hand is on the field or right after it dies, Killing Hand will use Deathbound to attack, then summon another Almighty Hand during the next round. Using Wind spells to knock down the Almighty Hand and then again to inflict Dizzy status will keep it from healing Killing Hand too much.
How do you beat the Supreme Hand in Persona 4?
In battle it will either Stand By or flee. Due to its resistances physically attacking or using Physical skills to try and score a critical hit would be the best course of action unless one has access to Almighty attacks. While not set as a weakness, it will take triple damage from Almighty spells.
Megidola deals heavy Almighty damage to all enemies. As it is almighty, it cannot be resisted or blocked/repelled/drained, and Makarakarn has no effect on it despite it being a Magic skill.
