Why is there no assassinations in Halo?
343 did say that assassinations we're going to be added at some point after launch, but they didn't have a time frame, it wasn't part of any roadmaps and it wasn't high on the “to do” list since they wanted features like co-op, forge, firefight, and many other big pieces of content brought into the game first.
Assassinations have been featured in Halo: Reach, Halo 4, and Halo 5: Guardians. Assassinations performed in Halo: Reach multiplayer matchmaking also count towards the Rear Admiral commendation; those performed in Halo 4 matchmaking and Spartan Ops advance the Assassin and Backstab commendations respectively.
Well, 343 said assassinations will comeback later.
An assassination is basically the animation that plays after you sneak up behind an enemy and melee them. It seems the developer got rid of the feature because players were turning it off anyway. According to Eurogamer, as much as the studio loved assassinations, the animation would often put players at a disadvantage.

While Forge mode and campaign co-op are the biggest missing features of Halo Infinite, there are a handful of other elements that fans would still love to see. Not really. They're in the mission on the comms and you confront Miranda Keyes and Johnson in a cutscene, but you never really have direct contact with humans in game. There is a part in one of those missions where you can fight hostile humans as the Arbiter for a little bit.

Was Halo Infinite a failure?
In the words of those who worked on it, Microsoft and 343 Industries set it up to fail. A lack of resources, a fractured production cycle, unclear post-launch plans, and constant fumbling of a project that should have been a slam dunk. This is Halo.
The answer to the title is Yes. Until they overhaul TrueSkill, decouple or weaken the affect of casual matches on ranked MMR, and impose some type of limit on ranks queuing together ranked will continue to be dysfunctional.
Plasma Carbine
Finally, we come to the absolute worst Halo Infinite gun. The Pulse Carbine is a mangled version of what used to be the Covenant Plasma Rifle, with the plasma projectiles being way too slow-moving to get anything useful done.

Any gaming community has the propensity to be toxic, and Halo being a very old and long lasting community has all sorts of players within it, so naturally the amount of toxicity is high.

Nope. Allusions are made in the early chapters of the Halo Infinite campaign that Zeta Halo hides a threat that stands to be far worse than the Flood. And the creepy parasitic species does not appear in any capacity.

As a result of the firing of the seven Halo installations, the surviving Flood were successfully contained and eventually died out.
Dual wielding, as a player-accessible feature, was removed in Halo 3: ODST, Halo: Reach, Halo 4, and Halo 5. With regards to Halo: Reach, the removal was due to the new weapon sandbox which could not support the overall gameplay design. Similarly, Halo 4 does not support dual wielding.
Headshots will instantly kill an unshielded opponent, but does not do any extra damage to shields. That is to say, a shielded opponent will take the same amount of damage no matter where they are shot. Shooting a shielded opponent in the head does exactly the same amount of damage as shooting them in the foot.
Arguably the most versatile weapon in the Halo series, the Battle Rifle is one of the franchise's most iconic weapons. It can be used at close- or long-range, meaning that it is always useful. The player can use the Battle Rifle to take down an enemy's shield before switching to a secondary weapon to finish the job.
These last two days I've only had 3 games without a cheater in it. I've played roughly 5 games that only had 1 cheater in it (either on my team or the enemy). I've played well over 10 that have had multiple cheaters in them, often one on each team.
Since the day Halo Infinite's multiplayer launched, PC users making use of hacks have been consistently and continually spotted in matchmaking by countless players. And as time has gone on, many have reported that the rate at which they encounter cheaters is only increasing.

In increasing order of difficulty, you can play through Infinite on Easy, Normal, Heroic, or—for true diehards—Legendary. Previous Halo games have always been designed with Heroic as the baseline.
Tips. Typically, playing through The Pillar of Autumn requires at least one jump over the pipes immediately after leaving Cryo B. However, by walking into the slight incline of the pipes it is possible for a player to force themselves over the pipes, and in doing so avoid having to jump at all.
