How do I block low feedback bidders on eBay?
Go to Selling preferences - opens in new window or tab in My eBay. Scroll down to Buyer requirements and select Edit next to Block buyers who. Enter your preferences and select Submit.
There has never been an option to block buyers with 0 feedback. You used to be able to block buyers with less than 0, but since a buyer can no longer have less than 0, that is no longer useful. You can block buyers with multiple unpaid items.
Blocked buyers can leave both positive and negative feedback. However, it's important to remember that feedback is meant to be constructive.
Sellers aren't able to leave negative or neutral Feedback for buyers. That means sellers need other tools that will protect them against unfair treatment from buyers and bring those buyers to eBay's attention. You can block buyers with too many policy violations, unpaid items, or who aren't registered with PayPal.
You can say whatever you want in your listings, but that would be unenforceable if a zero-fb member actually wins your auction. You would get a defect point for canceling the transaction.
Once you've left feedback, you won't be able to edit or delete it. If you'd like to add extra information to your original feedback, you can leave a follow-up comment. If you'd like to change the negative or neutral feedback you've left, you can ask the seller for a feedback revision.
I received unfair Feedback. Will you remove it? eBay will remove Feedback ratings and comments in certain limited situations. Please see the Feedback Withdrawal and Removal page to review the guidelines for Feedback removal.
Buyers: Can I Change eBay Feedback I've Left? Yes, but only if the seller asks you to. Otherwise, you'll see a message saying “None of your Feedback is eligible for revision.” You can also only revise feedback to be better—you can't change positive or neutral to negative.
You can view your detailed seller ratings on your feedback profile page. You'll find stars next to the four different areas, with 1 star being the lowest rating and 5 stars being the highest.
When communicating with the buyer, do your best to be polite and professional in your responses, even when they're upset or angry. It helps to provide a better customer experience, and might make it easier to come to an agreement about their issue.
