Are people in specific professions more likely to cheat? According to dating sites for people looking for a bit on the side, yes. In 2015, married-dating site Illicit Encounters ranked its users – 970,000 of them – by profession and found a higher proportion of certain jobs. Then in 2016 their findings were confirmed when another dating site for the attached, VictoriaMilan, surveyed 5,658 female clients about their jobs. According to Illicit Encounters and VictoriaMilan, these are the jobs with the most cheaters.

17. Retired

Retiring is a big step and the emotional adjustment can be as hard as, or even harder than, the financial one. It’s no wonder that many retirees struggling with a sudden feeling of emptiness try to fill the void with a new, illicit love. If you don’t want to fall into that trap, you may want to learn beforehand how to adjust to retirement.
