Supplier Proposal

means any acknowledgement, estimate, quote, offer to sell, invoice, or proposal of Supplier relating to the supply of Goods and/or Services to Buyer, including any delivered in connection with a request for quotations, request for proposal or similar process initiated by Buyer.
