As evidenced by the fact that it sold immediately after opening, the Chandler model in Collingtree reflects Stock Signature Homes' penchant for building luxury residences that offer exceptional livability. Base priced at $494,990, the 3,136-square-foot under air Chandler floor plan offers a variety of gathering places that make it ideal for entertaining and day-to-day living. A grand room anchors the home and flows into an island kitchen with counter-height bar seating and an open dining area. A bonus room provides a setting for television viewing and relaxing. C. Chad Elkins of Naples-based Hayes-Elkins Design for Pizzazz Interiors created a bright transitional-traditional interior for the Chandler model that is relaxed, family oriented, and ideal for entertaining. The home's color palette includes white, cream, and gray backgrounds with indigo and ebb tide aqua accents. Flooring throughout the living areas is a rustic oak in a brownish-gray tone.

The Chandler's foyer provides an introduction to the luxurious finishes included in Elkins' design. A ceiling detail features a circular center soffit with x-beams extending from the center. The foyer leads to the grand room where a checkerboard drop-soffit ceiling detail provides a memory point. On the feature wall, the television is flanked by mirrors that have been framed with cabinetry molding in a silver finish. A sofa in a white brushed cotton fabric anchors the seating area. The kitchen island features a dark walnut base and a white Pompeii quartz counter surface. The same counter material is used on the perimeter against cream-toned cabinetry. A white subway tile backsplash is elegant in its simplicity. The dining area showcases a medium gray trestle table that seats six.

The master bedroom's gray, cream, and dark walnut palette plays against a transitional four-poster bed, weathered gray night stands, and an overscale dresser with a rippled front. In the master bath, gray-veined porcelain tile flooring complements the rooms white backgrounds, dark gray vanity cabinetry, veined quartz counter surfaces, and an elegant white freestanding tub.

Bonita Springs-based Vogue Interiors' Sheila Corasaniti, IDS and Salvatore Giso, IDS created a relaxed interior with a calm color palette for the 2,947-square-foot under air, four bedroom, four-and-a-half bath Madison model. Base priced at $469,990, the great room floor plan includes a study, a gourmet island kitchen, a dining room with 90-degree pocketing sliders that open to an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen, pool, and spa, and a three-car garage.

Taking their initial inspiration from a fabric featuring an embroidered floating water lily leaf, designers Corasaniti and Giso have based their concept on the calming and relaxing qualities of water. The Madison model's serene and relaxing ambiance is reflected in the neutral color palette of soft cream, light natural taupe, and rich chocolate brown. Accents of soft gray blue and warm vanilla add to the quiet elegance of the design. Tile flooring in a weathered wood design is found throughout the home.

The foyer features a weathered wood console with a crafted metal leaf design on the front. The foyer flows into the grand gallery hallway, an 18-foot high space with two tray ceilings. The great room features a media wall displaying an open console with a sea grass iron design showcasing a creamy travertine top. Open to the great room, the kitchen features a large pantry and wide counter-height island. All cabinetry is finished in a light cream finish with subtle taupe striations. The cabinetry is complemented by quartz counter surfaces in soft cream with rich chocolate and taupe details throughout.

In the dining area, large windows offer views of the outdoor living area and pool. The dining space includes a round dining table with an inlaid metal pedestal base and espresso toned finish. In the study, a cream shagreen desk with gold cast metal legs takes center stage in front of a mirrored wall with framed panels in a cream finish.

The lanai presents a flexible and comfortable area and is the gathering place for casual outdoor entertaining. Outdoor dining will accommodate six at a rectangular table with chairs sporting light cream cushions. The master suite features walls in vanilla tones with a continuation of the driftwood flooring. A king canopy bed is dressed with a textured solid cream coverlet accented by multiple throw pillows. The master bath boasts high-gloss pale cream 24-inch tile flooring. Transitional off-white cabinetry is topped with Diana Royale marble counter tops. The furnished Madison model is priced at $1,098,825.
