Like what@marbleslost23said, many of the buyers are new. Some of my sales are from buyers that have zero feedback. As long as the buyer has paid you, you are fine to ship out to them.(make sure to check paypal or your bank account to double check that you recieved your payment. Just be aware that they may not know a lot about Ebay's feedback system. This may result in them giving negative feedback due to something like "Package was stolen from my porch" which is on the buyer and USPS and not the seller.
