Too little air and too much material. Turn up the air flow and turn down the material flow. If adjusting the settings does not work, try adding Wagner Paint Easy to latex paint to condition it for a smoother spray pattern. NOTE: The iSpray nozzle produces a roller-like finish.

I can't stress this point enough… applying the paint in thin, even layers is key in getting a smooth finish that doesn't chip. Less is more, and allow the paint to dry completely in between coats.

To keep the sprayer in tip top shape we recommend cleaning the sprayer after every use. However, there may be times when you need to finish your project the next day. In that case you can leave your material in the sprayer over night in a cool dry area.
