UW–Madison is committed to providing community focused, campuswide services that support and inspire excellence at UW–Madison.

One of the ways the university accomplishes this is by providing and fostering growth and development opportunities for all UW–Madison employees, which is a core principle of our employee Engagement, Inclusion and Diversity (EID) initiative. Many of the employee learning programs on campus were intentionally designed to model the EID principles.
