How to see the answers Poll Everywhere? ›

You can display the correct responses during your presentation by clicking the “Show correct” button on the right side of your display. Once you show the results, a checkmark will appear next to the correct responses.

Step 1: From the Activities tab, click on the folder where the activity is stored. Step 2: Select the checkbox to the left of the activity or activities that have responses. Step 3: The Bulk Actions menu will appear. Click on Clear to archive the responses of the selected activities.

To hide results, select the Instructions button at the bottom of the poll page (mouse over). To show poll results, select the Responses button next to it. 4. You can make these and other settings the default for new polls by going under your Profile (left side of page) and selecting Activity settings.

If you have 13 people each submitting two responses to a poll, your poll will lock and no longer accept responses once the 25th response is received. If you are on any of our paid plans, you most likely will never need to worry about response limits, as 700 responses is the limit for all paid non-education plans.

After your followers have responded to your poll, you just have to swipe up or tap the post on your feed to view the results. You'll be able to see the total number of votes and the percentage of votes for each answer option.

While in Present mode, the number of responses to your activity is displayed in the top right of the screen as a checkmark icon next to the number received.

Every report can be downloaded as a CSV file. At the bottom right of the report screen you'll see the Download . CSV button. Clicking this button will either open a dialog box asking where you want the file saved, or download the file directly to your default directory depending on your browser settings.

Multiple choice questions can be configured to allow users to select more than one response (e.g. select all that apply).

To lock or unlock multiple Activities, Folders, or Surveys, select the checkbox next to the item on your Activities page. On the action menu on top of the list, you can click the Lock or Unlock button.

Important. Student location data is not stored by Poll Everywhere and instructors are not able to see student location data, other than to view a "checked-in" or "not checked-in" status.

Delete a question

The Delete button at the top right will delete a slide from the Survey. Keep in mind - this is a permanent delete. There is no trash bin where deleted questions can be recovered, so be careful before deleting any of the slides in the Survey.

A good survey response rate is one that is above average and, based on some industry data, that would be anything above 25% and subject to having enough total responses. However, you need to make sure your survey response rate is above the minimum acceptable survey response rate.

Once a poll is launched in a meeting, the host should see the responses in real time. After ending the poll, the host can choose to share the results with the meeting participants. After the meeting has ended, the host can download the results as an Excel file.
