Can a fantasy commissioner push a trade through? ›

As commissioner, you have the option to process a trade immediately, wait out the full processing time, or decline it. The processing time is based on your setting for Time to Review Pending Trades: Keep in mind that the commish is the only one able to deny any pending trades as we don't support vetos.

Once you are at your league home page, click the Trades button to view your active trades. Once you click on "View" it will open a window that allows you to view the detail of the trade and if you'd like to accept or decline it.

If the league and commissioner do not decide to veto a trade, and the trade review period has expired, then the trade will be processed at midnight PST after the trade period ends. If the league wait time is set to none, then the trade will be processed immediately.

NOTE: Standard League members are expected to veto/protest any and all unfair or collusive trades throughout the season. At least 4 team manager's votes are required in protest for a trade to be denied in a Standard League.

All votes are recorded anonymously.

LMs are able to see the number of votes for or against a trade, unless LM is part of a accepted trade. PLEASE NOTE: In Weekly-Lock leagues, if LM upholds a trade in the middle of the week, the players along with their stats will follow to the new team IMMEDIATELY.

Other traders use overnight trading to take advantage of market changes that occur after the markets close. However, keep in mind that overnight trading carries additional risks due to decreased volume, including lower liquidity and increased volatility. So it's important to manage those risks as well as you can.

Why was my trade rejected? ›

Orders can be rejected for various reasons, such as insufficient margin, incorrect usage of order type, unavailability of the scrip for trading, stock group changes, and more. The specific reason for rejection is displayed in the order book.

Positions held overnight ≠ Day Trade

If you hold a position overnight and close it the next day, and then open the same position that same day, then that is not considered a day trade unless you close it again that day.

We allow the commissioner(s) to make the decision around canceling trades, but we also support an option for leaguemates to veto. In the past, commissioners would have needed to put up a poll for the specific egregious trade, and if it passes a certain amount, the commissioner manually cancels it.

If a transaction has already processed, it's not possible to reverse or veto it without reaching out to your commissioner. When a commissioner reverses a transaction the change takes place according to the league's 'Allow roster changes' setting.

Most leagues will allow fantasy team owners to vote on a trade, with a majority needed in order to veto. However, other leagues will bypass the voting process, instead leaving the "veto" up to the commissioner's discretion.

It will show you how much time is remaining, who voted for which option, and how many more votes are needed for the veto to happen. The commissioner still has ultimate control, and can choose to veto or pass any trade at any time.
